Living locally, I have visited Ely Cathedral many times. On this particular occasion, it was for a Radiohead tribute band. The venue never disappoints. Stunning and atmospheric.

An amazing church. One of the most beautiful churches I have visited. The size alone was amazing. The inside was packed with lots of history and provided lots of information. You do have to pay for entry, but they do provide a self guided audio tour at no extra charge. Being winter, the church was a little chilli inside. The grounds was very well maintained and has a small herb garden. This is a must to see in England.

There are two wheeled "desks" each with a very large mirror on the top surface - fantastic for looking at the magnificent paintings and architecture without neck strain.

For me, the most architecturally pleasing Cathederal, particularly the inside with the amazing octagon design. This is a 941 year old cathedral and the structure still stands majestically in the flat lands of Cambrishire. Whenever, I'm in this place, I feel closer to God! Its a must see. The best part is to join their guided tours which are loaded with n delivered wso meticulously. I learnt a lot about its origins.

Among one of my favourite Cathedrals in the UK. Imposing from the outside and just as imposing and beautiful on the inside. Took the tour to the roof and the Octagon Tower with is marvelous stained glass and wooden paneled Angel doors, which the tour guide opens so you can peer down into the Cathedral from above. Spectacular!

It is a great historical location and a fabulous cathedral. I took a guided tour that focused more on local and British history than on religion. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable, and he really added to our experience. I found that the whole place is well run; although it is a little expensive, it is a good tour.

Ely Cathedral is truly a magnificent building that never fails to move me. The stunning artwork inside and the breathtaking painted glass windows, glowing with light from outside, make every visit unforgettable. From a distance, its grand silhouette is a sight to behold, and every time I see it, I feel a deep sense of belonging – like I'm home. A true masterpiece and the heart of Ely!
